Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and state/federal regulations
Learn and be knowledgeable about various beer, wine, and spirit varieties and upsell products
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
Communicate a cut-off to guests as needed
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
Request additional products or restock as needed
Manage the issued bank at the bar
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
Perform other duties such as setting up and breaking down bar equipment and assisting with the organization of the cooler
