The company prides itself on innovation and excellence, and its commitment to shaping the future of live entertainment is evident in every aspect of its operations.

OVG is hiring a Bartender, a vital role within its hospitality and event services teams. This position is responsible for serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and professionalism. The Bartender must be personable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and responsiveness are critical. The role requires excellent attendance and the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and event days, ensuring seamless beverage service tailored to each venue’s unique environment.

This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 and the opportunity to earn tips, making it a rewarding role for individuals who excel at guest interaction and delivering high-quality beverage service. Part-time employees are also eligible for benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with company matching, supporting long-term financial wellness.

The Bartender role at Oak View Group entails much more than basic beverage service. It requires thorough knowledge of various types of beers, wines, and spirits for suggestive upselling and providing an exceptional guest experience. Bartenders are expected to follow all state and federal alcohol service regulations meticulously, including verifying IDs and managing guest consumption responsibly. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized bar station, handling cash accurately, restocking supplies, de-escalating difficult or intoxicated guest situations, and collaborating closely with management and security when necessary.

Oak View Group fosters a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation. The company believes that a diverse team sparks creativity and strengthens its service and operational excellence. OVG is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace reflecting the communities it serves and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Prospective candidates will join a progressive organization dedicated to positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry through teamwork, respect, and a shared passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
