Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair ensuring consistency and quality
Engage with guests in a friendly energetic manner providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits
Familiarity with Toast POS
Handle cash transactions with accuracy including cash handling cashiering and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly
Monitor inventory levels of alcohol mixers and supplies communicate needs for restocking to management promptly
