These benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plans, and paid time off with paid holidays. Employees can also participate in a unique Daily Pay program that allows access to earned income on demand, providing financial flexibility. The workplace culture celebrates monthly luncheons and campus-wide events, encouraging team bonding and continuous engagement.
