Job Description

This guiding principle permeates every aspect of operations and service, as the group strives to deliver exceptional culinary experiences combined with unparalleled hospitality. The organization's culture champions core values such as generosity, humility, joyfulness, integrity, hard work, continuous learning, and a spirit of hospitality that treats all guests like family. These values foster a supportive and nurturing environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining a strong emphasis on family-centered values.

The role available is a Bartender position at Nada, one of the group’s unique concepts that specializes in craveable Mexican cuisine created from scratch, offering innovative twists on classic dishes. This is a role that demands a balance of professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Candidates will be responsible for the setup, smooth running, and closing side duties behind the bar, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adhering to strict financial accountability including cash handling and closing out credit charges. Furthermore, bartenders must comply with all federal, state, and local alcohol service laws, ensuring responsible service at all times.
