Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement as defined by jurisdiction
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Job Qualifications
- One year of bartending or mixology experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Strong understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Knowledge of wine merchandising specials
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with bar terminology and drink service protocols
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Job Duties
- Promptly take and accurately process food and beverage orders
- Prepare a wide range of drinks including classic cocktails and innovative creations
- Provide expert recommendations on drink recipes and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
