As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Your role is integral in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste efficiently.
Your ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner will be key to your success. Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to high standards of hospitality
- knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware cleaning surfaces and disposing of waste
- manage cash handling accurately including processing payments through the POS system
- engage with customers in a friendly manner taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed
