We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Bartender to join our team, offering a competitive wage of $12 per hour plus tips. As a Bartender at Avli, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume service bar with skill and efficiency, ensuring guests receive consistently prepared and thoughtfully crafted beverages. A baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes is essential, as is a willingness to expand your knowledge of Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits — integral parts of our menu and overall experience. You should be comfortable using all standard bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers to maintain fast and accurate service during peak hours. Your keen restaurant instincts will be crucial in delivering top-notch service that enhances the dining experience.

The role includes bar prep, stocking, cleaning, and the ability to use the Toast Point of Sale system. Commitment to Avli's training program is also expected, reinforcing our standards and ensuring you have the skills needed to succeed. Physical stamina is necessary as the job may require lifting up to 30 pounds and working nights, weekends, and day shifts.
