Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
- strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktail technique
- ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
- clean, organized, and consistent with standards
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency
- maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar station throughout service
- engage with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- execute bar prep and batching in accordance with daily par sheets
- accurately handle POS transactions, tabs, cash, and comps
- assist with inventory management, restocking, and product rotation
- collaborate with the team and lead by example during high-volume shifts
