Job Requirements
- Must represent Cooper's Hawk values
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic wine knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Arrive prepared with station stocked and tools ready
- Maintain full knowledge of food, drink, and wine menus
- Complete opening and mid-shift checklists
- Educate guests about Wine Club benefits and invite membership
- Keep bar clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Wash and sterilize glassware as needed
- Assist with retail and team tasks as necessary
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Complete closing duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- Offer personalized wine, cocktail, and food recommendations
- Present beverages with creative garnishes and polished glassware
- Continuously expand knowledge of wine, cocktails, and offerings
