The role available is for a Bartender position, an essential part of the team responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests and servers, including food servers and cocktail waitresses. Alcohol service responsibility is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring compliance with all local laws, including verifying that guests are 21 years or older before serving alcoholic beverages and monitoring guest intoxication levels to prevent over-serving. Bartenders also provide information to guests about the property’s offerings and ongoing events, enhancing the overall guest experience. Candidates must possess basic math skills, excellent hand-to-eye coordination, and the ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively. This role demands physical stamina, including walking, standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and handling items up to 40 pounds while engaging with guests in a professional and pleasant manner.
