This job opening is for full-time and part-time Bartender positions at Delta HNL, located at 300 Rodgers Boulevard, Honolulu, HI. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour with a schedule that runs Thursday through Saturday from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm. Candidates must have bartending and customer service experience and be available to work open availability including weekends and holidays. As a Bartender with Eurest under Compass Group, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in the bar area with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. You will adhere strictly to all relevant state and federal liquor laws, ensuring responsible service of alcohol to guests. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in setting up and stocking the bar, managing inventory including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and produce. Bartenders also maintain fresh garnishes and juices and ensure that drinks are mixed precisely using standard recipes and portion controls.

Guest interaction is at the heart of this role, where you will greet guests warmly, process orders accurately, check identification, and handle cash transactions securely. In addition to serving drinks, you will keep the bar area clean and organized, sanitize stemware, and maintain an attractive presentation of bottles and glassware.
