Job Description

We are a renowned hospitality establishment dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. Our company is committed to excellence in the hospitality industry, operating multiple hotel brands known for their superior customer service and comfortable accommodations. Our team members are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a positive, supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.

We invite you to join our team as a bartender, a pivotal role within our food and beverage service operations. As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring each interaction is friendly, efficient, and tailored to create an enjoyable experience. The role requires adherence to safety and legal guidelines, particularly in verifying age for alcohol consumption and managing intoxicated guests responsibly. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, which includes tasks such as slicing and pitting fruit for drink garnishes and keeping beverage supplies stocked at par levels.

Your ability to engage warmly with customers will enhance guest satisfaction scores and contribute to the overall positive reputation of our establishment. The position may also include taking food and beverage orders, serving guests in the bar and lounge areas, and efficiently processing payments. Being part of our team means embracing a dynamic, fast-paced environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to follow all workplace safety regulations, including the use of protective safety equipment and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards.

This role is ideally suited for individuals with prior bartending or mixology experience, or those with equivalent professional training. While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must obtain TIPS certification within 30 days of employment to ensure responsible alcohol service. The work schedule is varied, including holidays, weekends, and alternating shifts, requiring flexibility and stamina to stand for long periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach. Job descriptions and responsibilities are subject to evolve based on business needs, reflecting our commitment to a dynamic work environment.

Joining our team offers many benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, supplemental benefits, employer-matched 401K, hotel room discounts across multiple brands, and enhanced paid vacation, sick time, and holiday pay. We value our team members and are dedicated to supporting their well-being and career advancement. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a knowledge of cocktails, and thrive in a vibrant hospitality setting, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our team.
