Eurest proudly serves many of the world’s most respected and successful corporations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, which highlights its reputation and commitment to quality and professionalism.
Eurest is currently hiring full-time Bartenders for the Delta PDX location in Portland, Oregon, situated at 7000 NE Airport Way, Suite 211. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $19.36 per hour, along with weekly pay and convenient parking. The full-time schedule requires working Sunday through Tuesday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Applicants can easily apply online, and the company values diversity and inclusion, encouraging candidates from all backgrounds to start their journey with Eurest.
The Bartender role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while adhering strictly to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, particularly those related to serving alcohol responsibly to minors and intoxicated guests. Bartenders will be responsible for setting up and stocking the bar with all necessary items such as beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, condiments, and garnishes, ensuring these perishables are fresh and properly stored to maintain quality.
Bartenders at Eurest must greet guests warmly, efficiently take and process drink orders, and expertly mix and present drinks using standard recipes. They must also monitor guests' alcohol consumption to ensure safety and compliance, handling cash and other payments accurately and securely. The role requires excellent knowledge of liquor laws and the ability to perform general cleaning and organizational duties in the bar area to uphold health and safety standards.
Associates who join Eurest benefit from a comprehensive array of perks and benefits. Full-time employees have access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, in addition to disability coverage, commuter benefits, and employee assistance programs. All associates can participate in retirement plans, enjoy employee discount programs, and access various voluntary benefits including pet insurance, accident insurance, critical illness coverage, legal services, and more. Eurest also supports flexible spending accounts and paid or unpaid time off benefits in line with federal, state, and local laws.
Joining Eurest means becoming part of a company that values fairness and equal opportunity, where employees are respected and supported regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability. The company maintains a drug-free workplace and is committed to ensuring that all candidates can perform essential job functions effectively with or without reasonable accommodations.
