Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or bartending preferred
knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
good communication skills
ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
compliance with health and safety regulations
ability to manage challenging guest situations with professionalism

process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system

address guest concerns professionally, managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect
comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
