The current job opening is for a Bartender position, reporting directly to the General Manager and indirectly to other management team members. This role is crucial in embodying the brand's spirit and delivering exceptional service to every guest. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly upon arrival, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining a highly organized and clean bar area. The Bartender serves as a key ambassador for the Eureka! brand, demonstrating a strong knowledge of craft beers and whiskeys, and ensuring service complies with all local and federal alcohol laws and guidelines. Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Ability to stand prolonged periods
  • Fast foot speed and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
  • Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possess a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Have a Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Demonstrated knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
  • Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with personal style and friendly attitude
  • Provide efficient and helpful service while maintaining high awareness of the bar area
  • Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company quality and time standards
  • Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including replenishing condiments and replacing kegs
