Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of state and local beverage safety requirements
- Previous bartender experience required
- Expertise with popular recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos
- Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
- Food and Beverage Safety certifications
- Must have basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine
- Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of previous bartender experience preferred
- Expertise with popular cocktail recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, and mojitos
- Outstanding communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Cash handling skills
- Food and Beverage Safety certifications
- Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
- Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
- Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable
- Background in high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus
Job Duties
- Produce and serve bar drinks following recipe and presentation standards
- Check IDs to ensure appropriate drinking age
- Upsell premium products when appropriate
- Get to know guest preferences
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
- Answer guest questions
- Operate cash register
- Keep areas clean and sanitary
- Earn guaranteed rate if not met with tips
