The role of a casino bartender at American Place Casino is integral to maintaining the exceptional guest experience the casino promises. The bartender will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving a diverse selection of beverages, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 18 months of bartending experience
Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes
Experience using cash registers and POS systems
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume casino setting
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 to 30 pounds
Endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
Comfortable with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise typical of a casino environment
Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Qualifications

Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs

Job Duties

Greet and serve guests warmly while ensuring prompt and accurate beverage service
Mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Keep the bar clean and well-stocked with ice and supplies
Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision
Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow care training guidelines
Adhere to all alcohol service policies and local gaming regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
