Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- An outgoing social personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Sharp attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction
- A positive can-do attitude and team-player mindset
- Previous bartending experience preferred hotel restaurant or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of drink recipes mixology techniques and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests building personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive drink recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a clean organized bar station complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu beer and wine selections ingredients preparation methods and garnishes confidently answering guest questions
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
- Accurately process all payment methods cash card and digital and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe positive work environment
- Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
