- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
- Maintain proper and adequate bar set-up and organization
- Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion controls
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Input orders into POS system and secure accurate payments
- Manage cash handling and balance money transactions
- Sanitize and clean the bar area and surrounding spaces regularly
- Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work within labor rules
- Promote and document knowledge of current menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and hotel areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel amenities and hours
