Applicants must be at least 21 years old and available to work nights and weekends, as these are peak hours for the establishment. Experience in bartending is essential, alongside knowledge or willingness to learn about craft beers. Although a bartending certificate is a plus, passion and the willingness to cultivate the craft are key.
