Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
Strong mixology and drink preparation skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid California Food Handlers Card
Current Beverage Service certification
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
Professional and adaptable demeanor
Ability to manage guest interactions and payment processing accurately
Team player with reliability and attention to detail.

Job Duties

Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
Host the bar as well as the tables taking orders in all seating areas
Stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies
Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
Assist with setup and cleanup tasks as needed.
