The role of a Bartender at Concord Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this vibrant company. Bartenders play a vital part in providing an outstanding guest experience by setting up the bar, preparing and serving beverages according to established standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area. A Bartender is responsible for accepting drink orders, mixing cocktails with precision using standard jiggers, and ensuring all drink orders are accurately recorded and charged. Working professionally with guests and colleagues to create a friendly and hospitable atmosphere is essential. Bartenders must follow all credit card procedures and check handling policies, maintain compliance with laws regarding alcohol service, and promote the hotel’s food, beverage, and bar promotions.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet the dynamic needs of the hotel business. Bartenders are expected to complete all opening and closing duties thoroughly, manage inventory of beverages and glassware, and perform side work such as cleaning floors, replenishing ice, and reorganizing stock. Integrity and reliability are important, as bartenders must report for work on time in full uniform and adhere to company handbook guidelines.
