As a Bartender & Server at Concord Hospitality, you will play a key role in crafting memorable guest experiences by expertly preparing beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and delivering prompt and professional service. This full-time role demands attention to detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include accurately preparing cocktails following established beverage standards, managing bar inventory, and ensuring adherence to all cash handling policies including credit card procedures. You will also be expected to maintain the overall aesthetics of the bar by performing routine cleaning duties such as replenishing ice, checking glassware, and disposing of trash. In addition to bartending duties, you will serve tables in the restaurant, taking guest orders and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
