Employees at Concord Hospitality take pride in delivering excellent customer service and quality accommodations, making it a great place to work for people passionate about hospitality.
The Bartender & Server role at Concord Hospitality is essential in creating memorable guest experiences by expertly preparing beverages and delivering friendly, attentive service. As a Bartender & Server, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar each shift, ensuring that all supplies including liquor, fruit, and juices are properly stored and rotated. Your role requires precision in cocktail preparation using established beverage standards and measurements to maintain consistency and quality. You will promptly and professionally accept and process drink orders both from guests and servers, following all check handling procedures, including credit card policies.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar environment is critical to this position. You will be expected to undertake opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists, keep glassware spotless, replenish ice, clean floors, and empty trash to ensure the bar always looks its best for guests. Managing inventory of soda, juices, beer, and other bar supplies to maintain optimal stock levels is another key responsibility.
