Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly, and clearing of any service items
- ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and making recommendations
- handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- collaborating with and assisting with team members and management to provide a seamless dining experience
- check, maintain, set-up and clean all service areas (including side-work)
