The role of Concessions Bartender at Legends Global is a vital position that centers around delivering exceptional guest experiences through proficient beverage service. This role involves engaging positively with guests while efficiently mixing and serving beverages to both guests and servers. Concessions Bartenders utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create sensational drinks that enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking beverage orders, maintaining beverage stations, and ensuring compliance with company standards for drink preparation and service. Bartenders are also expected to provide knowledgeable recommendations about wines, assist with creating mixers and garnishes, check guest identification to verify legal drinking age, and handle cash transactions responsibly.

This position demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Requirements

Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Experience as a bartender for at least two years
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes
Ability to create and execute unique drinks
Must be able to serve drinks promptly
Extensive knowledge of wines
Must maintain personal hygiene and appearance standards
Ability to work independently or in a team
Willingness to exceed guest expectations
Ability to listen and take direction
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Personable and friendly
Ability to read, speak and write English
Ability to remember and promote menu items
Ability to transport up to 50 lbs continuously
Must have a working email for manager communication

Job Qualifications

Experience as a bartender for at least two years
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and how to create unique drinks
Extensive knowledge of wines
Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
Ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests
Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered in compliance with company standards
Maintain bottles and glasses to support efficient drink preparation and beverage promotion
Provide information on wine characteristics, evaluate guest needs and serve wine using proper techniques
Collaborate with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes
Check guest identification to verify age for alcohol purchase
Handle cash transactions and balance receipts
Ensure bar area is fully equipped and prepare inventory or purchase requisitions
Serve food items to guests seated at the bar
Maintain cleanliness of work area including sweeping, vacuuming and dusting
Organize catering storage areas
Attend mandatory meetings
Perform general cleaning tasks to comply with health and safety standards
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
