Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or beverage service
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage money handling accurately
- Physically able to stand, walk, and perform lifting tasks as required
- Team player with a proactive approach to guest service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests following company recipes and standards
- Monitor guest needs and recommend cocktails or drinks accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay informed about new trends and local offerings to enhance drink selections
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies consistently
