Job Requirements

minimum of two years serving experience in refined dining, lounge or bar
valid TABC Certification obtained
valid Food Handlers Certification obtained
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
strong organizational skills
willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team setting

Job Duties

engage with guests and recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies
maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability
prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails with professional knowledge
deliver exceptional customer service with a hospitality-driven attitude
handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment
uphold rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of bartending
