Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods of time
walk or stand 100 percent of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
dressed in proper dress code and maintain neat, clean and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests
must be able to read and communicate in English
friendly with ability to smile frequently
ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
knowledge of sanitation procedures helpful
ability to operate point-of-sale systems preferred

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure accurate financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
assess guest demeanor and report concerns to manager
follow bar recipes to ensure consistent product and control costs
keep station clean and set up and take down station tables
greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take guests' food and drink orders
maintain thorough understanding of menu items and answer guest questions
enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
be responsible for all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work
demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, conduct credit card transactions and account for monies
ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated areas
work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting brand
complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
complete opening/closing duties timely
assist in party setup and breakdown
assist other team members as needed
buss and reset tables
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery and maintaining drink levels
maintain favorable working relationships to promote cooperative and harmonious working climate
listen to and communicate with guests and team members effectively
be friendly and able to smile frequently
