Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (21 or older in Alabama)
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Must be able to use POS system correctly

Job Duties

Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar
Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine
Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
Take and deliver food and beverage orders
Serve guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances and state liquor laws and regulations
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
Other duties as assigned
