Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending or related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead and below knees
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant bartending or hospitality experience
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Mix and prepare beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor guest needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately
  • Comply with safety, health, and company policies
  • Build relationships with guests and hotel staff to enhance service delivery
  • Assist in inventory control and restocking supplies
