Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
ability to communicate effectively with others
ability to stand and move for long periods of up to 4 hours
ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the entire shift
ability to frequently wash hands with disinfectant soap
availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
commitment to company health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years as per state law
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred but not required
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
ability to maintain composure and provide excellent customer service under pressure
commitment to teamwork and company values

Job Duties

Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
create a great bar experience for guests
maintain friendly and effective communication with staff and customers
ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed at the bar
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
handle cash and tips accurately
comply with all health and safety regulations
