We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in beverage service and is enthusiastic about hospitality. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing drinks for customers while fostering a friendly and hospitable environment. This position requires an individual who is organized, calm under pressure, and dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.

As a Bartender, your main focus will be to provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to all customers. You will greet guests with a smile, take food and drink orders, and recommend menu items with confidence and in-depth knowledge of our offerings. An essential part of the role is to demonstrate expertise in liquor, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, ensuring that every order is prepared accurately and to the highest standards.

The role also involves managing the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, maintaining a clean and tidy bar area, and supporting the overall philosophy and goals of the restaurant. You will monitor food delivery and beverage service to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction. Anticipating guest needs and reading the room to adapt your approach is a critical component of this role, as is the ability to handle banking responsibilities discreetly and accurately.

Our ideal candidate will be committed to controlling costs by pouring drinks at proper levels, ensuring all beverage items are correctly charged to guests, and limiting waste through careful inventory management. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the bar, enforcing food service regulations, and maintaining Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification.

This position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong conflict resolution skills. Working in a fast-paced environment is expected, along with flexibility to cover shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays.
