The role of a Bartender at Barcade is integral to upholding the brand's reputation for excellent hospitality and customer engagement. Bartenders at Barcade are expected to be representatives of the brand's friendly and attentive atmosphere, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service. Their responsibilities revolve around preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to specific service standards and recipes, ensuring timely and responsible service to guests. Bartenders engage with customers by taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks promptly, and recommending beverages tailored to guests' preferences.

Attention to detail is crucial as bartenders manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shifts, accounting for any discrepancies. They also enforce all alcoholic beverage safe service regulations to maintain compliance with legal standards, including verifying customer identification to confirm legal drinking age. The position requires physical endurance as bartenders need to stay on their feet for extended periods and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Barcade seeks bartenders with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced and high-standard bar setting who possess a strong working knowledge of craft beers, spirits, and food. Candidates with an interest in vintage arcade games are favored, given the bar’s unique theme. Successful bartenders are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating positive guest experiences. The role entails working late nights, weekends, and holidays according to business demands, reflecting the hospitality industry's dynamic nature.
