This part-time Bartender role is located at Curry College and primarily involves weekend afternoon and evening shifts, with the pay rate set at $22.75 per hour. The position is ideal for candidates who are looking for flexible hours and a supportive work environment. Bartenders at Sodexo provide exceptional customer service by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and efficiently, directly to patrons or through servers. This role requires close collaboration with servers and other team members to ensure speedy service and customer satisfaction. Bartenders are responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring the bar area is fully equipped with tools and supplies, maintaining accurate opening counts, and ordering inventory as necessary. The job demands a significant amount of physical activity, including walking or standing for long periods, repetitive motions, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, zero to one year of relevant experience, and must meet the minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service in their state or locality.
