Beyond drink preparation and service, the bartender is expected to manage financial transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness around the bar area while providing a high level of customer service. The fast-paced and interactive nature of the position demands a high level of endurance and mental acuity, as well as the ability to handle conflict and stress professionally.
