- 1+ years of bartending experience with full bar
- ServSafe and alcohol training certifications required
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude
- Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner

Job Duties
- Greet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying nice and amazing service
- Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest
- Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations
- Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or order, for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby and lounge following standard recipes
- Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables
- Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary
- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels
- Wash and sanitize all stemware
- Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition into the theater
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
- Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures including but not limited to side work
- Other duties as assigned
