We are currently seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our team. As a bartender at Olive Garden, you will demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver outstanding guest service by mastering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 as required by law
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation to the job site
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and guest touch points
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with training new team members
