The Bartender position at CraftCo’s Tasting Room serves as both a craftsperson specializing in handcrafted cocktails and a host who delivers exceptional hospitality. This role is pivotal in creating an inviting and dynamic atmosphere where guests can explore and enjoy CraftCo's portfolio of premium spirits. The bartender will be responsible for preparing artisan cocktails, guiding guests through curated spirit tastings, and sharing knowledge about the brand’s story and production processes. This requires a blend of technical skill, passion for mixology, and a strong hospitality mindset. The bartender ensures every guest experiences excellent service and quality, from the initial pour to the final toast, working collaboratively with the Tasting Room team. Operating hours vary seasonally and throughout the week, with shifts typically scheduled in the afternoons and evenings, including weekends and some private events.
