This job opportunity is for the position of Bartender at HMSHost. Starting at $12.20 per hour, this role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks. The bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink and food orders, mixing ingredients according to recipes, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. In addition to crafting beverages, the bartender also manages cash transactions, adheres to alcohol awareness and safety policies, and maintains a clean and well-organized bar area. This role reports directly to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending on the location's organizational structure. It is a non-exempt position, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with the public.
