The Bartender position at Culinary Dropout invites proactive and talented individuals who bring at least two years of high-volume bartending experience. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalized service experience. Bartenders at Culinary Dropout are expected to expertly mix and serve a variety of cocktails, understand beer and wine selections, and provide genuine menu recommendations. The role demands excellent communication skills, physical stamina to stand for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Bartenders must perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining cleanliness and order behind the bar. Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and online reservation platforms like OpenTable is essential, alongside adhering strictly to all alcoholic beverage laws and company policies.
