Our company is an expanding restaurant group known for creating innovative and high-energy dining environments. We are currently focusing on launching a brand-new 20,000 square foot social dining concept in Addison, Texas, set to open this August. This unique, high-end venue seamlessly blends refined casual dining with vibrant entertainment including live music, private karaoke, and classic games such as pop-a-shot, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. With an enormous patio and 18-foot screens showcasing live sports, the atmosphere is lively and inviting. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest growing restaurant companies in the region, notably responsible for operating 16 BoomerJack’s Grill & Bar locations and the celebrated live-music venue Bedford Ice House.
We are currently seeking talented and motivated Bartenders to join our team in this exciting new concept called Sidecar Social. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, exhibits a polished and professional demeanor, and demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender at Sidecar Social, you will be the heart of our bar experience, expertly crafting beverages and cocktails that complement our scratch-kitchen menu while engaging guests with authentic hospitality. Your responsibilities extend beyond pouring drinks; you will create a welcoming, fun environment by connecting with guests and ensuring their visit is memorable. Job Requirements
- Obtain a Food Handlers permit
- Obtain a TABC Certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Must be able to prepare high quality food and beverages
- Able to operate all required machinery and food preparation tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a busy, fun, and social setting
- Punctual and dependable

Job Duties
- Provide an “All Out” refined yet fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
- Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and “All Out Fun”
- Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert in our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beers and Cocktails
- Listen to the guest and provide Rock Star Service that’s just for them
