We are currently seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our team and contribute to the outstanding service our patrons expect. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of our F&B offerings by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring experience in bartending, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a friendly and engaging environment for our guests.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up the bar area according to company procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies and garnishes are prepared before service begins. Your ability to mix drinks adhering to approved recipes and serve them promptly while handling payment processes will directly impact guest satisfaction. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of bar equipment and the bar area is essential, ensuring a hygienic and inviting space.

Inventory management is another key aspect of this position, as you will maintain records of liquors, beers, wines, tobacco, and sundries to assure par stock levels are consistently met. Additionally, you will track daily drink sales and liquor demand, providing timely reports that aid in operational decision-making. Your vigilance in addressing guest concerns promptly and reporting them to management will help maintain a high quality of service.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $10 plus tips, with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance and guest satisfaction. Employment can be part-time or full-time, seasonal or non-seasonal, with hours that may include nights and weekends.
