With a reputation for excellence and a dedication to sustainability, HHM Hotels prides itself on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The company emphasizes employee growth and development, creating career pathways that enable staff to advance through various roles within the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels operates with a core philosophy anchored on values such as "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It." This ethos drives their commitment to both guest satisfaction and employee empowerment.

The role of Bartender at HHM Hotels positions you at the heart of the guest experience. This is a hospitality role where the primary responsibility is to serve beverages and food with a focus on friendliness, courtesy, and efficiency, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. As a Bartender, you will work in a dynamic and lively environment, interacting with guests in bar and lounge areas. Your duties will range from preparing and serving drink orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, to adhering to safety and legal standards including verifying customer age compliance for alcohol service.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry. Growth potential is clearly outlined, with a structured career path from Bartender to Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and ultimately Food & Beverage Manager. HHM Hotels values professional development, and working here means you will be part of a supportive team that encourages learning and advancement.

Working as a Bartender at HHM Hotels also entails a responsibility beyond guest service. You will be expected to play a role in sustainability efforts by following the company’s EarthView program guidelines. Safety and compliance are critical, with adherence to OSHA and MSDS standards mandated to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Additionally, maintaining guest satisfaction scores and contributing to a positive atmosphere are key performance focuses.

In summary, the Bartender position is ideal for individuals who have previous bartending or mixology experience, enjoy engaging with guests, and seek career growth within a premier hospitality company. You will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive wages, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, and many other employee perks that underline HHM Hotels’ commitment to its workforce.
