Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar
  • high attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices
  • high-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service
  • deliver warm, professional, and seamless guest experiences
  • greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment
  • maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification
  • accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas
  • manage bar inventory, restocking, and storage of supplies
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
  • maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
