Job Description
Infuse Hospitality, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is a renowned hospitality company specializing in delivering exceptional culinary and hospitality solutions tailored for corporate workplaces, specialty venues, and mixed-use space activations. With a commitment to authenticity and innovative hospitality experiences, Infuse is revolutionizing how hospitality enhances places where people work, gather, and connect. Operating dining establishments nationwide, Infuse Hospitality emphasizes authentic experiences, thoughtful innovation, and creating environments that feel welcoming and engaging for their guests and employees alike. Their reputation as a forward-thinking, hospitality-driven brand makes them a distinguished employer in the hospitality industry.
The Bartender role at Infuse Hospitality is uniquely positioned within an elevated, guest-facing corporate café and bar setting, offering an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals passionate about mixology and guest engagement. This role involves crafting high-quality cocktails while maintaining a polished and professional bar environment. A successful candidate will not only deliver precise and consistent beverages but also act as a warm, reliable ambassador who enhances the overall guest experience. This is a hands-on position requiring a balance between technical bartending skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities, ensuring patrons feel valued and welcomed. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized bar, adhering to Illinois liquor laws, and collaborating with teammates to support broad café operations. The role is tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced yet professional environments and take pride in creating positive guest interactions.
This role is ideal for experienced bartenders who have a strong knowledge of both classic and modern cocktails and who enjoy working independently but also as part of a team. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. The position requires a TABC certification or the ability to obtain one prior to starting. The work environment promotes continuous learning and development, encouraging applicants who might not meet all listed qualifications but demonstrate potential and enthusiasm to grow within the role. This role supports shifts primarily during the day and evening and demands reliable commuting or relocation to Addison, Texas, as the role is in-person. Infuse Hospitality values diversity and strives for a culture of inclusion and growth, making this position a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and cocktail craftmanship.
