The Bartender role at Red Robin is an essential part of the Front of House service team. Bartenders are expected to deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and knowledgeable experts on all things beverages. This position requires great communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, as bartenders interact directly with guests and contribute significantly to their overall dining experience. The base pay for this role is $17.13 per hour, with the added benefit of earning tips, creating excellent earning opportunities. Bartenders must be at least 21 years old and preferably have prior experience in bartending, bar backing, or server roles.
