The Bartender position at Life Time plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall member experience by expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages in compliance with alcohol serving laws. The Bartender interacts with members and guests, handling payments, checking identification, and responding to inquiries professionally and courteously. The position demands attention to detail in following recipes and drink preparation standards as well as the ability to manage inventory by restocking supplies and ensuring the bar area is always well equipped.

This is an hourly position offering competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour and up to $21.25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Life Time values employee safety and requires CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire. The role also requires physical stamina to lift more than 20 pounds regularly and the ability to remain on foot and mobile within the cafe area for extended periods.
