Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Must be of legal drinking age
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Clean restaurant and bar area during and after every shift
  • Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables and bar top
  • Restock ice when no barback is available
  • Sweep floors when no barback is available
  • Mop floors when no barback is available
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned including running food, running drinks, helping teammates, restroom checks, and taking inventory
  • Interact with guests professionally
  • Light cleaning
  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of bar standards, expectations, and recipes
  • Maintain consistency in drink preparation
  • Exhibit competency with thorough product knowledge
  • Commit to cleanliness and organization
  • Serve alcohol responsibly
  • Prepare drinks within 3-minute times
  • Ensure picture-perfect garnishes
  • Produce fresh fruit displays
  • Demonstrate proper bar techniques
